Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) by Dubai Properties has plans for new year with a range of fun-filled activities as part of its #WOWJBR campaign. January 2018 will focus on supporting the members of the community in fulfilling their New Year’s resolutions, with happiness at the top of the agenda.
With a lot of fun activities throughout the month, JBR’s funactivityzone will be the ideal place for guests of all ages to enjoy themselves during the weekend. Live DJ, food stalls, foosball tables, giant games and more create a lively ambience and spread joy among children and adults alike. WOW JBR’s series of events in January are for children, adults. Between 21 and 23 January, jazz lovers will be treated to melodious tunes with performances by Spinal Jazz, Yanna and Vitali, and James and Hana. Visitors can sing along to classic anthems songs as Dubai’s hot new power trio, Big Mouth, puts on an energetic show on 25 January. People can listen to indie folk music with elements of reggae, ska and gypsy rhythms played by Jaye and Foe on 26 January, and feel themselves swaying to
latest hits by Italian artist Nya Crea as she takes to the stage.
The festive ambience has taken over the city’s foremost neighbourhood and Dubai’s first beachfront destination, Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) by Dubai Properties. It started the 24-week celebration of street art, live entertainment and immersive experiences. The #WOWJBR campaign commenced on 9 November 2017 with performances from a live band, kids activities and the chance to catch a graffiti artist at work. For the coming several weeks, JBR’s 1.7 km promenade will host a series of fun-filled weekend events, which are free to attend. #WOWJBR presents the calendar with themed activities for the UAE’s 46thNational Day, the ongoing festive season and New Year.
JBR is Dubai’s first outdoor shopping concept by the beach, offering a wide range of shopping, dining and leisure activities, attracting over 12 million visitors in 2013.
Developed and managed by DP, JBR avenue overlooks the Arabian Gulf. It boasts of over 305 retail outlets in both its ground and plaza levels, alongside more than 30 different types of international cuisine in its F&B outlets. JBR‘s mix of retail & hospitality outlets includes designer boutiques, cafes and restaurants, 5 star hotels, supermarkets, jewellery and gifts, home furnishing, fashion and accessories, health & beauty, as well as banks and money exchange services.
