Where to watch spectacular firework shows this UAE National Day Celebrations?
Two of the city’s most famous landmarks have something special in store for the UAE National Day. Head over to Downtown Dubai to see spell-binding displays celebrating 48 years of the UAE from 1-3 December.
A great place to catch one of four shows per night, or stay around for them all, where one can see the iconic 830m Burj Khalifa light up in red, white, green and black with incredible LED projections. Complementing the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountains will dance along to the national anthem and songs such as ‘Sama Dubai’, ‘Basbar Ala Forgakom’ and ‘Tawalaht Ana’. A great place to be a part of this spectacular display of national pride and bring the family along for one of the most exciting experiences of the UAE National Day weekend.
Two days of colours lighting up the sky at Dubai’s most popular waterfront destinations, celebrations for the 48th UAE National Day are fast approaching. During the long weekend, iconic spots around the city will host massive firework displays, and a display of colours. Taking place over two days, the first set of fireworks on Sunday December 1 will take place over at waterfront destination Al Seef at 20:00, at 20:30 at La Mer and finally at The Beach, JBR at 21:00.
As for Monday, celebrations will be at Al Seef or The Pointe, Palm Jumeirah, offering a place to watch the night sky light up at 20:00. La Mer will be boasting its fireworks display at 20:30, along with The Beach, JBR at 21:00. Global Village will be joining in on the fireworks action at 21:00, too. There will be live entertainment and family-friendly activities to keep crowds entertained before and after the shows.
