The brunch offers seaweed parker rolls accompanied by butter infused with date honey, yuzu labneh with a pistachio verde, and a smoked salmon dip with salmon roe and chive oil. Starters spread includes signature dishes such as wagyu beef tartare with marinated salmon roe, Spanish bluefin tuna carpaccio, oysters with a yuzu dressing and a selection of salads, while mains on offer include a green curry with mussels, a New York striploin steak and a selection of sides. Those with can have delicious desserts including a yuzu meringue tart, a strawberry mousse cake with Thai basil, chocolate truffles, fresh fruits and more. The new ‘Brunch on 54’ takes place every Friday between 13:00 and 16:00 and comes in at Dhs495 per person which includes free-flowing house beverages and French bubbly.
