Nestled right in the middle of a plethora of eateries such as Il Borro, Flamingo Rooms by tashas and Black Tap, one can find a little man-made habitat full of turtles. Since 2004, the Dubai Turtle Rehabilitation Project has released over 1,600 rehabilitated turtles back into their natural habitat. The place runs in collaboration with the Emirates

They have metred parking outside on beach road, free parking for two hours in the Madinat Souq car park (approximately a 10-minute walk away) or you can valet park, but please note there will be a charge of AED150 for valet parking unless one uses any one of the food and beverage outlets. The staff encourages people to utilise the Madinat Souq car park.

Please remember when visiting that all the turtles are in the enclosure because they are sick or injured. Please also note that there is no access to the beach while visiting the turtles.
