MasterChef, the TV Experience restaurant concept has come to life! MasterChef is famous as the most thriving cookery television format in the world. The concept has been adapted locally in 52 countries and counting. The TV show is seen in over 200 countries and watched globally by over 250 million viewers. MasterChef, the TV Experience, the first MasterChef-branded restaurant in the world, will be showcasing the talents and the recipes of former contestants. Their ground-breaking menu will delight discerning foodies and MasterChef fans alike.

The Experience has launched a summer tasting menu and invites all. Featuring for one month only, diners can get stuck into three courses of great quality food from former contestants of the famous TV show for just Dhs129 – or Dhs229 for three courses with a two hour grape package. The offer is available now for both lunch and dinner and will be running until Tuesday July 9, presenting a selection of renowned MasterChef dishes for a small part of the cost.

Dishes to relish from the menu include the Waldorf yuzu salad from James Nathan – MasterChef UK Champion Season 4 in 2008. Taste the cured salmon with puffed rice from Tamara Graffen – MasterChef Australia Finalist Season 9 in 2017. Main courses include rolled mushroom gnocchi created by Laura Cassai – MasterChef Australia Finalist Season 6 in 2014, seabass fillet baked in lavash bread from Saliha Mahmood Ahmed –

MasterChef UK Champion Season 13 in 2017, or fried chicken waffles with southeast asian salad (fried chicken thighs marinated in spicy yoghurt, breakfast-style waffles bean sprouts, chilli, mint, Thai basil and coriander salad, chilli caramel sauce), also by Tamara Graffen. Great dessert dishes include James Nathan’s deconstructed Eton mess, honey chocolate mousse (chocolate aero-mousse, mandarin sauce, honeycomb candy, honey ice-cream, caramel, jelly) created by Mimi Baines – MasterChef Australia Finalist Season 8 in 2016, or chai crème brûlée by the MasterChef, the TV Experience restaurant team.
