Try delicious food with the freshest ingredients in a beautiful setting – LIMA Dubai serves exceptional preparations that makes diners want to visit again and again.
LIMA Dubai offers diners an entirely new, fun, relaxed experience in a stylish setting that is refined with a youthful, urban vibe – but all the while in keeping with LIMA’s approachable and inclusive ethos which has been so successful in its two distinctly different restaurants in London.
Set in the heart of City Walk, LIMA Dubai is created from natural materials sourced from Peru through own network, LIMA Dubai offers guests private, formal and semi-formal areas with a chic cocktail bar and lounge serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Their cocktail range is diverse and includes classic Pisco Sour and a number of creations based on Pisco, Peru’s national spirit.
Right from fresh ceviches, salmon, to rich grills and meaty anticuchos, there’s a lot more for everyone at this world-famous restaurant from renowned chef Virgilio Martinez. Peruvian food lends an excellent cuisine for vegans and vegetables. There are apparently almost 4,000 varieties of potato in Peru, and the menu at LIMA will will appeal if you’re looking for a plant-based meal. The dishes are the best, including the sautéed avocado ceviche and solterito salad. The avocado is creamy and the corn tiger’s milk is great. The cusco corn brûlée is dense without being heavy, savoury yet sweet, and filling. All the dishes are delightful and offer true flavours of the ingredients.
Along with the fantastic food, the venue itself is stunning. Located in the Square in City Walk, LIMA Dubai is a spot that resembles a shopping street right next to it while still being very convenient. There’s also a terrace and a cool bar area for those who want to make a night of it. Ideal for Latin American food, this is ideal with all diners, LIMA Dubai invites on a Peruvian journey like no other, showcasing the diversity, flavours and visual beauty of Peru. Authentically Peruvian, with contemporary cuisine – LIMA Dubai is an extension for LIMA which took London by storm in 2012 and went on to become the first Peruvian restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star.
