The French-Vietnamese restaurant opened in New York in 1984, and opened last month in Dubai’s DIFC. This is a first branch outside of New York for
Indochine features tropical décor and elegant interior design the cool spot also offers up an fascinating menu. Their signature dishes include Vietnamese ravioli, made with rice noodles, chicken, shrimp and shiitake mushrooms, along with new additions such as lamb char siu – slow-cooked lamb neck in a honey glaze, and amok cambodgien, steamed sea bream in banana leaf, coconut lemongrass custard, chilli sauce, scallions and ginger. The staff are all set to serve an inventive assortment of mixed drinks for guests to relish and party.
