Celebrating midwinter that falls once per year which has the shortest period of day and the longest of night. It is been considered a special moment for centuries, and now Dubai beach club Playa Nomade is creating a magical occasion with a spectacular celebration.
The eight-hour day-to-night Winter Solstice party on Friday December 14
will feature a mind-blowing production with snow, an ice bar, special lighting and dancers, as well as an amazing line-up of DJs from around the world. A special Nomade Wardrobe is going to be offered with white feather crowns, ponchos and snow goggles. First 30 people will be getting free custom items. The best-dressed among the crowd will be in with a chance of winning a range of prizes, from a trip to Tulum in Mexico as well as a one-year Playa Nomade membership and brunch tables.
There will also be special Christmas edition brunches running on Saturday December 22 and Tuesday December 25, with prices starting at only Dhs290.
Continuing the festive season,
on the final day of the year (Monday December 31) Playa Nomade will be hosting the party. They will have a line-up DJs both local and international (Satori [live] X RampaVS &Me). A set menu is on offer with grape and mixed drinks, or with added house beverages for Dhs1,390. For those who prefer to just come along on the day, then it’s Dhs350 for women and Dhs550 for men including an open bar on selected drinks.
