Dubai restaurants Avli by tashas and Flamingo Room by tashas are now offering a home delivery service.
Serving up Greek-inspired Mediterranean food, Avli by tashas is delivering two set of menus, both of which have been especially designed for two people to share.
Costing Dhs280 you can relish a vegetarian-friendly spaghetti dish with courgette, aubergine, peppers, dried olives, saffron, butter and Greek yoghurt, while for Dhs480 you can share lamb shank with orzo, kefalotyri (a salty Greek cheese), tomatoes, cinnamon and sage. These set menus includes house-made olive and sundried tomato tapenade with grilled pita bread, Greek salad and seasonal fruits for dessert. Orders can be placed via WhatsApp by 16:00 the day before the requested delivery date and deliveries will be made daily between noon and 16:00 for lunch and 19:00 and 22:00 for dinner.
Meanwhile Flamingo Room by tashas is also offering up a similar deal. For Dhs260 for two, fans of the Jumeirah Al Naseem restaurant can have the calamari Mozambique – 350 grams of calamari and squid heads with lemon butter, peri-peri sauce, tarragon, roasted cherry tomatoes and the signature shoestring fries, or for Dhs280, pairs can share the exotic mushroom open lasagne. Both the set menus are packed with with flame-grilled home-made bread rolls, a green salad with gem lettuce, iceberg lettuce, cucumber, rocket, parsley, chives and shaved Parmesan, and chocolate mousse with chantilly cream for dessert.
Similar to Avli by tashas, all the orders can be placed via WhatsApp by 16:00 the day before the requested delivery date and deliveries will be made daily between noon and 16:00 for lunch and 19:00 and 22:00 for dinner.
