A
brand-new Japanese restaurant opening on Bluewaters Dubai– Paru – is a grand and lively dining space. Diners can experience a grand feast at this rooftop restaurant with spectacular views and a modern-day Japanese menu.
Paru’s rooftop boasts of some of the most spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf and the Jumeriah Beach skyline. This unique restaurant is the ideal spot to watch the sunset while sipping a cocktail or shisha. Paru is located on the rooftop of Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai and is going to add to the attractions for the unique hotel.
Those who’re looking for a new spot to relish some sushi this summer,
must visit this Japanese restaurant that is now open on Bluewaters Dubai. Paru is offered from Michelin-starred chef Akira Back. Stylish in every way, the interiors are modern and sleek, and feature an intricate ceiling of stark white origami flowers. Paru means pearl in Japanese, and suspended from the ceiling there is a attractive steel and crystal sculpture with strings of luminous orbs nods to the restaurant’s name.
Diners can choose to sit and dine in the restaurant, in the more casual lounge area, or on the tall central long tables. There are two al fresco terraces, too, surrounded by bonsai trees, boasting stunning views across to JBR and the Palm. Their menu includes dishes
such as suzuki ceviche (sea Bass with caviar and soy yuzu panzu) and crispy rice (spicy tuna on crispy rice, avocado, jalapeño and spring onion) as well as including hotate (scallop, baby aubergine, enoki mushroom, asparagus and truffle soy butter) and popcorn ebi (rock shrimp tempura with wasabi mayo sauce). There is also an extensive sushi menu, with everything from California rolls to maki with wagyu beef, foie gras and lobster tempura. The mains include dishes such as black cod, kohitsuji (lamb chops marinated in soy garlic, asparagus, spinach and peppers) and yaki niku (beef short ribs in Asian marinade with sweet potato purée and asparagus).
Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai
is the second hotel on the complex and sits next to Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai and Cove Beach. The resort is also close to Caesars Palace, which has been open since November 2018 and houses the likes of Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen and Asian restaurant Zhen Wei. Bluewaters Dubai is set to become a go-to spot for diners, with a number of restaurants opening up on the island – including The London Project, Alici from the team behind Il Borro, Syrian restaurant Sah El Nom and Mexican spot Puerto 99.
