LOWE

This is

a contemporary dining spot with sharing dishes LOWE is a homegrown ideology, a contemporary dining experience showcasing seasonal produce cooked naturally by fire. The open kitchen is centered on a charcoal grill, rotisserie and wood-fired oven celebrates rustic and sociable all-day dining.

Helmed by culinary duo Jesse Blake and Kate Christou, the menu is styles to share with combinations of traditional techniques and unique flavours to ignite the senses. A part of the KOA Canvas creative community, the relaxed eatery bring food to life in a welcoming environment, with a sense of humor and a touch of nostalgia.

LOWE

serves food with originality and inventiveness, with adventurous flavour combinations and creative presentation that does not stray too far from the restaurant’s warm and homely vibe. The dishes such as whipped aubergine wrapped in crisp ancient grains, the warm woodfired bread are delightful and that’s just the starters. The main courses with a ricotta agnolotti paired with braised capretto and chard leaves as well as enough Parmesan cheese to fill a deli counter. The broken wheat salad with crispy duck leg is huge. Diners can irder the highlight dish – that is the chocolate and sunchoke dessert that comes with coffee grind caramel and honeycrunch. It’s a fusion of flavours and textures, all carefully stacked in a dark brown bowl of deliciousness.
