in partnership with the renowned chef Chris Jaeckle, All’Onda has a menu that takes a fresh modern approach to traditional Italian food. The restaurant is inspired by Venetian cuisine, which over the centuries was at the epicentre of the trade routes between East and West, diners can expect Asian and near Asian influences to melt with Italian culinary traditions.
Diners can relish masterful, creatively served dishes within a contemporary setting. All’Onda features Venetian cichetti, crudos, risottos, handmade pastas, and numerous other dishes. The menu does offer many surprises, diners will find Japanese and Indian influences in those offerings. They also have an extensive wine list and a creative list of cocktails. The restaurant is À la carte and guests are expected to follow a dress code which is Smart Casuals. This Venetian and Japanese restaurant has a capacity of more than 102 indoor, 226 on terrace and has a permit for smoking.
All’Onda is coming to Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai in December.
Palm Jumeirah is soon transforming into a place for foodies. This brand-new Italian restaurant at Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai is a going to serve Venetian-style Italian dishes with a “traditional twist”, and is due to open at the hotel in December. The restaurant is going to have a chic design and will cover the whole top floor of the hotel. The 108-seat indoor space creates a boat shaped structure, and is designed with wooden gondolas and oars, to make guests feel as if they’re on the Grand Canal.
All’Onda is designed by top US chef Chris Jaeckle, who created the original outlet in New York, which closed in 2016. The Dubai restaurant will feature views of the city skyline, as well as an interesting and innovative menu with seafood, pasta, risottos and – small bites served with drinks. They will also have a grape list from Northern Italy. The menu includes buffalo ricotta ravioli with vine tomato sauce and basil, peppered beef tagliata with soft burrata and a herby pangrattato, ossobuco with saffron risotto.

Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai is opening on the Palm on Friday November 29. Located on the West Crescent, the 100,000 sq m beach resort has 389 rooms and suites, eight top restaurants and bars, a 3,000 sq m spa, a state-of the-art gym and yoga studio, a 500m private beach and an 80-seat private cinema. The luxurious interiors of the hotel are inspired by the 18th century and the ballroom even comes walls in hand-painted gold leaf.
Along with All’onda guests can experience miX by Alain Ducasse. The reputed chef’s first UAE restaurant will be spread over three floors and feature a seasonal menu using local produce. They will also have Le Jardin, a buffet restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, plus Villamoré – a laid-back Mediterranean restaurant and lounge as well as Matagi, a “stylish, contemporary Asian dining destination”.
