Nassau is a brand new restaurant from the popular Chef Silvena Rowe, taking diners on a journey on Rowe’s eclectic European-Arabian heritage, diners can expect modern dishes that are from the abundant coastlines of Southern Europe and the Levant. One can expect dishes that revive the senses, served in a stunning space with bright interiors and unique flavours.
Enhancing that sensation of la dolce vita, Nassau’s highly skilled kitchen team source fresh local produce and work with sugar and gluten free dishes, giving the restaurant a great choice for guilt-free indulgence without sacrificing on flavour. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Nassau Head Chef Silvena Rowe, is well known across the Gulf for her unique approach to dining, pioneering the power of super foods and antioxidants; and an expert of fresh and organic produce. Chef Silvena regularly appears on TV, from BBC 1’s popular Saturday Kitchen to her judging roles on US Food Network’s “Chopped” and Masterchef Bulgaria. Nassau is her newest project to take the city by storm.

Combining Grape, Cheese & Sax – diners can join in every Thursday for unlimited grape & cheese from 19:00 – 21:00, inclusive of a live entertainment saxophonist to fill the evening. Nassau is a great restaurant to visit, it is located on the famous Golf & Country Club Clubhouse on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road.
