The MoU was signed in Dubai by Abdullah Al Turifi, CEO of the Securities & Commodities Authority, or SCA, Yacoub Nuseibeh, CFA, President of CFA Emirates, and John Rogers, CFA, President and CEO of CFA Institute. The MoU signals commitment to support the development of a framework for professional standards for investment professionals.
