Dubai Properties Releases Space for Sale at Dh6 Billion Bay Square |

Dubai Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group, has announced it has released a fresh set of residential and commercial space for sale, the third among 13 buildings to be offered to investors at the Dh6 billion Bay Square, the trendy community development within Business Bay.
The announcement follows the recent unprecedented sale of an entire building within Bay Square within a day, valued at over half a billion dirhams.
Starting from 24th September, Dubai Properties is offering buyers an exclusive opportunity to purchase properties at the three-storey mixed use structure. Offering 95 per cent financing on commercial space, and 90 per cent financing on residential space
Yaqoob Al Zarooni Deputy CEO of Dubai Properties, said: "As a spectacular development located in the heart of our master development Business Bay, Bay Square combines retail, office and residential units in an exclusive lifestyle and business proposition. Complementing the central location of the building will be key components of the entire development that will enhance the overall appeal of the project to well-informed investors."
Potential investors can preview the building at the Dubai Properties Sales Office located at Business Bay, where Dubai Properties will offer a one-time unique financing offer of 90 per cent financing for commercial space, and 95 per cent financing for residential space.
Featuring a boutique hotel with a 'downtown setting' as well as an exclusive residential tower, the remaining 11 buildings at Bay Square will include mixed-use projects encompassing commercial and retail space, terraced apartments and two storeys of rooftop apartments.
The trendy, mixed-use community within the Business Bay development will be a pedestrian zone, and include walkways over canals, a central plaza with unique water features, and a state-of-the-art gym.
