Please enter your user name and password on the login page to access your e-mails.

2.   Configure your MS Outlook:

Please use the following outlook settings to download your mails via MS Outlook:

a.   Click on e-mail accounts

b .  Add new accounts

c .  Check on POP3 accounts

d .   Enter your name

e .   Your e-mail id

f .   Incoming mail server: pop.dubaicity.com

g .   Outgoing mail server: smtp.dubaicity.com

h .   Enter your user name (in yourname@dubaicity.com format)

i .   Enter your password

j .   Click on ‘more settings’

k .   Enter your e-mail info under the tab ‘General’

l .   Click on the ‘outgoing server’ tab

m .   Check on the ‘my outgoing server requires authentication’ box

n .   Check on the ‘log on using’ tab

o .   Check on the ‘use same details as incoming server’

p .   Click ok

q .   Click next/finish

You are now ready to use MS Outlook to send and receive your mails.

3.   Changing your E-mail Password:

Access your web-mail as per details above. Once you login, Options> Password.
You are advised to change your password at regular intervals.
