The Dubai World Trade
Centre Tower was inaugurated in 1979 and since then has become the
most prestigious building on Dubai's skyline. The Tower stands 184
metres high and is one of the tallest buildings in the region.
The Tower comprises 39 floors, 28 of
them are let commercially with a total net lettable space of approximately
283,000 square feet.
Tenants in the Trade Center Tower read
like the "Who's Who" of international businesses. Among
the 110 tenants include Schlumberger, Johnson & Johnson, General
Motors, Master Card International, Sony Broadcast and Federal Express.
The Tower also provides the ideal location for the Consulates of
the United States of America, Australia, Switzerland, Turkey, Italy,
Spain and Japan.
Services offered in the Tower
include 24 hour security, reception, travel agent, car hire, taxi
service, news agent, gift shop, film and document processing, courier
and retail banks. The Tower has its own Post Office which enables
tenants to have their post boxes within the building. In addition,
a quick service restaurant -Take Five- is situated on Level 5. Breakfast,
lunch and afternoon snacks are available in this self service restaurant.
Dubai World Trade Club
The World Trade Club is the most prestigious
Businessmen's Club in Dubai and members include the region's most
prominent businessmen and entrepreneurs . Located at the top of
the Dubai World Trade Centre Tower, the Club offers a breathtaking
panoramic view of the city.
The Club's Reception area is opulent
and welcomes the guest to sophisticated but relaxed and luxurious
surroundings.
The elegantly furnished Bar Lounge and
Main Dining Room provide members with an ideal venue to entertain
guests. Facilities also include fine dinning restaurant, executive

from the multi themed function rooms which include the Mogul Room,
Pearl Room, Windsor Room and the Majlis - the traditional silk tented
roof and low comfortable seats make the Majlis one of the most ideal
rooms in which to hold a meeting or entertain guests.

and taste. To give the Club a local ambience, there are authentic
local artifacts and early photographs of Dubai and the Ruling Family.
The Club management and staff work to
develop an active programme for the members. This programme includes
active business sector luncheons and members evening where members
